I ran across this recipe and decided to give it a try last week. It was pretty easy to make and tasted good (according to myself and Timber). The only drawback that I can think of is that it took an hour and 15 minutes to cook. Other than that I would recommend trying this dish. If you go to the link you will see that Yahoo! came out with a food section. I haven't had much time to look around at the recipes and goodies here, but overall I think they have done a nice job with the site. What would be really cool, and I doubt they will do this, would be being able to enter what materials I have, and the quantity, and get recipe recommendations based on my preferences (vegetarian, can't eat peanuts, can't have milk products, don't like fish, etc...). Perhaps I'll have to find that application elsewhere or just write it myself.
