I'll have to try to make this dish this week. I need to go to Trader Joe's to see if they have the ground pistachios.
We have SO MUCH food right now. We went to the commisary with Timber's parents this weekend and we filled up on all sorts of meat and other groceries. We literally only need to go to the grocery store for milk and vegtables for the next couple of months. Our immediate target for eating is the adobo and spaghetti sauce in the fridge. I cooked up some rice and pasta yesterday so that I we can alternate between the two.
The Cilantro Ginger Halibut dish turned out ok. It didn't have as much kick to it as I would have liked but it had a nice flavor and wasn't fishy at all. To go with our grilled halibut we also had cous cous and a bottle of Santa Ema Merlot 2002 from Chile. The wine was alright too. I doubt we're going to cook anything tonight so that is it for cooking this week. Time to plan for next week.
